What do you do when things go wrong on the road and the nearest hospital is out of reach? Are you prepared to work through the emergency and stabilize the situation?  Would you like to know more about Wilderness First Aid and how it could help make a stressful situation more manageable?  In VANlife, whether camping, hiking or adventuring, these skills will help in an emergency.

WETI-USA offers this class for anyone interested in VANlife.  Maybe you have already made the switch to VANlife, use your van for adventures, or are just thinking about VANlife.  Being prepared for the unexpected is all part of it.  This is a 16 hour class designed to educate VANlife enthusiasts of the challenges faced in an austere environment on the road, or on the trail.  Outdoor classroom learning will be the foundation for the outdoor scenarios involving emergency situations that are likely to occur during an adventure, including a mandatory night scenario. This course is certified through AdventureMed.

Don’t have a van yet? No problem. Campsites are available for those who are looking to get into VANlife. Book through HipCamp.
